Patrick is a native of Doylestown, Bucks County, and has a deep appreciation for the area’s open spaces and rich history. After studying architecture in Washington, DC, Patrick recognized the vibrancy of urban living, and the Philadelphia area called him home. When he relocated to Old City, he experienced Philadelphia’s renaissance first-hand, and grew to appreciate design, renovation and restoration in a new way. The excitement in Philadelphia was contagious. Patrick developed his own real estate investment company and began flipping and reselling homes, learning tremendous lessons about savvy remodeling. He also obtained his real estate license and joined a boutique real estate company in Philadelphia. After becoming a husband and father, Partrick moved to Maple Glen, in Upper Dublin Township, to be close to family and childhood memories. At Compass RE, Patrick continues his professional journey of helping people fulfill their real estate goals throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs.
